"It was overall nice but it seemed kinda of dirty when went in. We are not sure if it came from our feet but we pulled the covers back and there was dirt and hair that wasnt ours. We also killed 2 roaches. But it was nice sitting out by the fire pits. Watching sun go down. Listening to crickets and coyotes and owls. "

"The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space."
