The Master Bedroom includes 1 queen-size bed and a private, NEWLY renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Guest bedrooms 2 & 3 each have 1 full-size bed and are both located across from our NEWLY renovated bathroom with a shower/tub. Please note Guest Bedroom #2 (located next to the hallway bathroom) can only sleep 1 individual.
The Game Room includes various board & card games, an Olympic-sized ping pong table and 2 couches; with one that can be easily converted into a full-size bed. This couch can sit 3 people. The larger couch can fit 4-5 people.
In addition, each room also includes a SMART-TV! Simply input your login information in order to stream all your favorite shows and movies!
The Kitchen & Dining Room sit 8 people total along with 1 highchair (safety straps included). For more seating, please check our front hallway closet to retrieve 1 extra foldable table + 4 extra foldable chairs. The kitchen features NEW appliances and everything you might need to cook a fantastic meal!
This property is REMOTE-WORK-FRIENDLY and includes HIGH-SPEED INTERNET/WIFI. There is a dedicated workspace that allows you to work comfortably and efficiently.
*POOL & BACKYARD*
Sit back and enjoy our PRIVATE in-ground pool! Please be mindful and DO NOT run around the pool, leave children unattended or dive in for your own safety. Chain locks have been installed on the upper righthand corner of both the front & back door as extra safety precautions so young children are not able to access the backyard without adult supervision.
- Pool is open year-round; weather permitting.
- Pool is NOT heated.
- An electric pool pump and various pool floaties are located in the backyard shed. Please return when done with use.
- There is NO FENCE around the pool, we are NOT liable for any incidents that may occur in or around the pool area. Please be safe.
- GRILL: A propane grill is located at the property; guests are responsible for filling up the propane tank themselves.
We are centrally located. No more than 11 mins from the Savannah Hilton Head International Airport, shopping outlets & Historic Downtown Savannah.
Tybee Island & Hilton Head Island are approximately 40-45 mins away.
*EXTENDED STAYS*
For reservations extending beyond 20 days we will require a mid-stay cleaning to be serviced to ensure the ongoing freshness and tidiness of your accommodation. The cleaning will be scheduled within a convenient 4 hour timeframe, with 2 separate cleaning fees applied; one for the mid-stay cleaning and one for the standard post-checkout cleaning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we are committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness for your comfort and satisfaction.
***IMPORTANT NOTES***
- Unfortunately, we kindly ask that you DO NOT use the fireplace in the living room.
- NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
- Guests are responsible for keeping the pool water level above the skimmer in order to allow the water to properly filter.
- At this time, NO PETS ALLOWED except certified Service Animals. Therapy & Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not recognized by the ADA and are therefore not allowed on the property.
- By agreeing to book our property, you and all guests in your party must agree to the Terms of Service provided by Vrbo and the city of Pooler's STR ordinances & regulations. (Please see "other details to note" section below for more clarification).
***SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT***
By agreeing to book, all guest(s) must abide by the following:
1. Compliance with Laws & Ordinances – Guests must follow all city, state & federal laws, including Pooler’s STR regulations. Rental rights cannot be transferred or assigned to others.
2. Noise Regulations – Guests must adhere to the City of Pooler’s noise ordinance (Section 42-117), which prohibits making noise whether from one’s ownership or from a commercial, industrial, or mixed-use area if such sound is plainly audible within the interior of a residential area between 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
3. Violations & Consequences – Any violation of this agreement or city regulations may result in eviction & possible fines imposed by the City. A full list of city ordinances can be found online.
4. Occupancy & Parking – Guests must adhere to the maximum occupancy limit & any parking restrictions, including designated parking areas.
5. Good Neighbor Policy – Guests acknowledge that they have read & will follow the guidelines in the City’s Good Neighbor brochure.
