Threw my id at me when I asked why there was an undisclosed “cash only” deposit and was mad at me when I asked how I could see about a refund as I didn’t have the amount needed for the deposit and he was refusing to check me in. Absolutely flabbergasted at how I was treated. Wouldn’t have wanted to keep my stay there anyways with how he was presenting himself"
