"Handy coffee shop across the road "

"The rooms aircon was broken, we were not informed of this. They had provided an alternative aircon machine and freestanding fan, however both were very noisy so unable to have on when trying to sleep, which meant a restless night due to temperature and no fresh air. Positives, able to use the luggage store on arrival, paid to use the pool, loungers around pool were not comfortable but plenty of them."

"The accommodation is excellent for the price with great links to Cardiff via Newport train station. Newport is wales version of Burnley but it’s a cheap place to stay. Had all the cooking equipment I needed and the room was clean with a decent shower. Will use again. "

"Excellent two bed apartment, clean, modern and great value. Lovely staff and easy parking."

"We enjoyed a cosy stay at Inn Cardiff. The property is within easy walking distance from the train station, trail walk, castle and shopping precinct, as well as a number of eating venues. The availability of a microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and a supply of crockery and cutlery was very convenient for sandwich making and breakfast in the room. Steve was available to answer our questions which was a big help."

"Good location and under a 25min walk into the city centra. Roomy one bed apartment with good sized rooms throughout. Safe environment within a gated community with security on site. Affordable and secure parking. Room heating was too hot; controls not very responsive - please check! Also, bathroom towel rail though it carried a warming notice is far too hot!"

"It is extremely disappointing that such an unsatisfactory property is featured on your website. Upon arriving with my family, I was astonished that this property is listed, especially given the condition of the surrounding area. There were garbage bags placed outside the entrance, emitting an unpleasant odor. It is unsafe for families with children to stay in such an environment. "Lovely studio, but 2 things to address: 1 - the shower is not powerful when the heat is turned up. 2- The bed is 2 singles joined together, it's on wheels, any movement and the bed just slides across the floor, maybe change the wheels to locking wheels, simple fix But I'd definitely stay again, lovely little studio."

"Our stay felt luxurious and relaxing. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We also had the opportunity to use the pool which was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. It's a bit harder getting here with public transportation. We walked from Pontyclun station which was okay but others may want to make sure they pre-arrange transportation if needed."

"I stayed here for 1 night. It was quite difficult to find the hotel as there is no signage along the road on the hotel that is clear from driving past, but with a couple of u-turns we found it. Check-in was smooth and quick. rooms were immaculately clean. The bed was super comfy, there was a bath and separate shower in my room, which was super handy for my child as she likes a bath. the breakfast was lovely. so much choice especially 'free from' options which I really appreciated. different milks and gluten free options. the car park I felt was a bit expensive, and again poorly signed. I wondered if I was in the correct place at first. but overall a lovely stay and would definitely stay again. "
