"Unfortunately our room was never cleaned after check in. We had to bring our used bath towels to the owner to get replacements. After traveling to other accommodations with stairs, this is the only location that did not offer to help with bags up several flights of stairs"

"We really liked our room, a good size, clean and a nice view from the window. The only downside was the sound of traffic bumping over the tracks at the railway crossing and the traffic headlights shining in the window at night. Depending on the room position, it could be a problem for light sleepers. Otherwise the location cannot be beaten. Train and bus right across the road."

"Excelente ubicación, transporte a Mt SM, buen bufet!"

"Reception ok , locazione perfetto per mont st michel. Struttura pulita. Colazione ok ."

"The room I booked is not for accessible type but I got this. It doesn’t have on the description. Feel like staying in the hospital. Breakfast is not good and won’t plan for any future trips"

"Rooms are small and hot. Fan did help but still quite warm to sleep."
