"Room is cozy and clean. Staff if very cooperative and helpful. Parking is good. Only thing I dislike is the train sound/noise And you have to ask the for the tee and water boiler which is making me uncomfortable. Please if you advertise the stuff please insure it's in the room. I don't have to ask for it every day. "

"The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. I booked four nights and when I arrived they had upgraded my room to one with a Lake Como view! I didn’t realize breakfast was included and enjoyed their large elegant Buffett each morning. When I left very early on my last day they had taken it upon themselves to pack a breakfast and provided hot coffee to go."
