Everything was spotlessly clean including all the cutlery and pans which I would expect as the cleaning fee was 50 euros. You will definitely need a car as, if you didn't want to self cater, there is only a snack bar and a beach bar within walking distance, There is a view of the lake from the balcony but this is now obscured by the trees on adjacent land. "Lovely property, very comfortable and well equipped in a good location just a few minutes drive to Lazise. Definitely need a car to get to this property and into town. The only things we found a little confusing were the refuse arrangements as these were only in itallian and some of the shutters were difficult to lock in position when we were leaving. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property. Thank You"
