Olive trees abound, and from the moment you arrive to the day of your departure you will be enchanted with this stunning Tuscan villa. This is clearly a place which has been meticulously cared for. It is perfect as a home base to explore the cities of Tuscany. We especially loved our morning coffee overlooking the achingly beautiful view from this mountainside villa. On our last evening we had the pleasure of learning how to make two different pastas from Chef Daniela and Virginia. Both enjoyable and delightful. From the careful attention to detail in the landscaping to the tasteful interior design and decor to the impeccable cleanliness, this place is perfect for a Tuscan getaway. The photos on the website are definitely accurate although for us it is much more beautiful in person. "

"The overall experience was very pleasant, a lovely place to stay and surrounding area was nice with places to eat and a little supermarket 1 minute away. The only thing initially was when checking in there was only a woman that spoke Italian so was a bit confusing for me but she still gave me the key for the room etc...a little afterwards another woman was there that could speak English and the payment was sorted out. This wasn't a big deal to me but could be for others. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Beautiful hotel - cannot fault the decor and cleanliness. Lovely staff. Good sized rooms. Comfortable beds and room facilities. The pool was great for kids and although not part of the hotel it was around the corner and free to use. The breakfast was across the road in a bar and whilst it was nice there was not a menu to choose from as such but rather you ask for a pastry or two from the selection at the bar which for me is not really what I want from a hotel breakfast but others might be happy with this set up. It is a shame the immediate area outside the hotel was not as enticing as the hotel itself. The hotel was located on what can best be described as a semi industrial estate. Instead of being greated by the gorgeous Tuscan landscape we were greated by a carpark with a petrol station, and an array of random shops. If the hotel could be lifted and dropped into the Tuscan hills it would have been perfect. If you are looking for a hotel with easy access to the airport and surrounding cities and are not interested in the immediate area then I would recommend this hotel as it was wonderful."
