Soft ocean light filters through every room as the sound of waves drifts across the air. From the wide deck, you can watch the palms sway and the horizon glow over the marshes. Just across the street, the beach calls for quiet morning walks and calm evenings listening to the tide. Sorry, NO pets.

Sleeping arrangements
This coastal retreat accommodates up to 14 guests with 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 5.5 bathrooms. The ground floor includes three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, one designed for wheelchair accessibility with a roll-in shower. Upstairs, additional bedrooms and a bonus sleeping area offer flexibility for families and groups. The Light Keepers Suite, accessed by a private outdoor spiral staircase, features a queen bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, and 360° views of the ocean and waterway.

Living spaces
Each level includes its own living room, kitchen, and laundry area, giving everyone space to connect or relax in privacy. The main floor’s sitting area opens onto the deck, while the upstairs sunroom welcomes sea breezes and natural light. A second kitchen with a bar and beverage center makes entertaining effortless, and open gathering spaces invite conversation after a day by the water.

Kitchen & dining
Both kitchens come fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cooking basics are provided, and the dining table sets the scene for shared meals. Barbecue utensils make outdoor grilling easy when dining al fresco.

Outdoor living
Two decks capture panoramic ocean views and provide spaces for open-air dining or simply listening to the surf. The home includes a private entrance and free parking on premises for up to four vehicles, with beach access directly across the street.

Amenities
You’ll find comforts like air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, Wi-Fi, and TV with standard cable. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided, along with a washer, dryer, and iron. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Neighborhood
Set just 4.5 miles north of the Vilano Beach Bridge and downtown St. Augustine, and 3 miles from the Guana Tolomato Matanzas Reserve, the location offers easy access to coastal trails, kayaking, and local dining.

Please note: Self check-in is available via keypad, keybox, or smartlock. No pets are allowed. Guests must be 25 or older to rent and provide ID and a signed rental agreement. Outdoor security cameras are in use for safety. Families and responsible adults only - no parties.
