The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, modern appliances, a bar area, and a beverage center, giving you everything needed to prepare meals or enjoy a casual gathering. A laundry room with washer and dryer, along with air conditioning, WiFi, and soft linens, ensures every convenience is close at hand.

Sleeping arrangements
The main level offers two spacious bedrooms, including a primary suite with an adjoining sleeping area featuring a full-size bed - ideal for children or extra guests. Two full bathrooms provide convenience for families or groups. For a more private retreat, climb the exterior spiral staircase to the Light Keepers Suite. This elevated guest suite is surrounded by 360-degree windows, showcasing breathtaking water views. It includes a queen bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, and beverage center, making it a self-contained hideaway within the home.

Sunroom and outdoor living
Morning light streams into the sunroom, a bright and airy space that opens directly onto one of two large decks. Furnished for comfort, these decks are perfect for sipping coffee, soaking up sunshine, or gathering with loved ones. A BBQ grill is available for easy outdoor dining, while the elevated position ensures panoramic views of both the ocean and the intracoastal.
