House was absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous views from every room! We have never stayed so close to the ocean, and it was amazing!! House was fully stocked, from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to beach towels, and tons of beach toys! We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay, and are so grateful you shared your home with us. Can’t wait to go back!!

The house is very nice but lacks furniture in the bedrooms, had only one couch and two wooden chairs in the living room, no hair dryers and overall very sparsely appointed.

Beautiful property with all amenities we could possibly want. Extremely clean throughout, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, amazing views. Worth every penny; we can't wait to go back. I wish there was a gate at the front, as it was nerve wracking to be outside with a 2-year-old, just steps away from busy A1A. As other clients have mentioned, communication with the manager was less than stellar; thankfully we did not need anything once we were installed.Overall, I highly recommend this property.

What makes this beach rental different from others are the expansive views from every room!! You just don’t find this often. Its perfect for two couples as long as one couple doesn’t mind a queen bed. The kids bunk area would be great for teenagers or pre teens. If you have toddlers definitely bring a baby gate if you plan for them to be upstairs.The kitchen has fabulous views and we loved the double dishwasher. Great open concept!!The laundry room with full bath on the ground floor make a great space to wash off the sand. All appliances are top notch!The beach is quiet with not a lot of foot traffic. The ocean breeze and sounds of the waves crashing will make you not want to leave! Linens, bath towels and beach towels are top quality!! Nespresso and frother machines on site! Beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys are plentiful.

This was our second stay at this property, and it was still as amazing as last year. In fact, we booked our stay for next year before we ever left the property this time. I am an extremely “picky” person when it comes to cleanliness, and this home is always fresh and above the typical “beachfront homes.” If you’re looking for the perfect stay, and a property owner who is super easy to keep in touch with, even for minor details, go plan a trip to this home! Great location in PVB with the beach as your backyard. Fun to see dolphins swim by and lots of turtle nests in the area. Nothing beats being able to sip a hot cup of coffee on a porch as you watch the sun rise. Great sized home for a small group. Convenient to have bathrooms in each room and a full bathroom at the bottom of the home for ease right when you entered the house. Great to have the beach chairs/toys/towels provided too! Very well stocked home but close enough to restaurants and grocery to pick up food. The home looked and felt clean but we did have an issue with cockroaches in one of the bathrooms. It’s Florida, we’re used bugs but disappointed in the lack of communication when the issue was presented.

Our family stayed for a week at this beautiful home, just steps from the ocean. If you like the sun, sand, and beach, this is the location for you. Feels like you are on a private island during the day, with all the amenities of St. Augustine (less than 20 minutes away) for dining at night. The house is everything! The outdoor lounge area with dining table, grill, chaise chairs, and shade is just perfect. The property is very clean and has all the feels of an upscale modern resort. Thank you for sharing your vacation home, we enjoyed every minute of this piece of paradise!

We come to St. Augustine every summer. The beach is our absolute favorite home away from home. We always say several things that would have made our stay better, but I promise, this house checked almost every box. If there was anything “to fix,” it would only be minor things like a working can opener, casserole dishes, and a blender for the kitchen. The washer and dryer are super small, so with lots of family, it’s sort of hard to “keep up” with laundry if that is important to you. Again, life in this house and on this beach were divine without these few things, so we managed by making small sacrifices. I can assure you, we would stay here again and again and again even if these few things weren’t changed. This is the cleanest house we have EVER stayed in while vacationing. Communicating with the homeowner was flawless as well. My husband and kids swear we will never stay anywhere but this house as long as we can! Thank you for making so many amazing memories for our family by providing us with a dream location! ❤️ We will be booking for next year’s trip ASAP. JJ & Missy

We just needed a quick getaway to one of our favorite areas of Florida. We were so lucky to find this house still available for only a 4 night stay. We absolutely love this stretch of beach. Whole days would go by and we hardly saw anyone in our direct area. The homes here have had new bulkheads put in and I hope this helps them all stay safe from changes here on the beach. This home was great for my family, with 2 young adult kids. They were not crazy about the bright mornings (lack of black out shades in the bedrooms), nor the tiny bunk beds up a spiral staircase... the petite 23 year old had to sleep up there. The mattresses in the house were all very comfortable, however. There were plenty of linens and beach towels and that was terrific. But our favorite aspect of the home was the kitchen. We didn't cook any big meals, because we love the restaurants in this area too much, but in this house the kitchen is the center of the action and the appliances were a delight to use. The countertops had more than enough space for all our junk, and I can see myself making a lovely meal here if we decide to rent again in the future, which I definitely would. Hope to get back here again soon!

I think we were only the second renters post renovation on this home. It definitely has all the makings of a five star stay, there were just a few growing pains this early on. But the owners were so responsive, I am convinced that they will get them knocked out in no time flat. The renovation was so well done, we loved the contemporary beachy vibe and the quality of the renovation. So nice to have new appliances, showers, etc! The distance to the ocean was amazing. I could have laid in the master bedroom and watched/listened to the ocean all day long. Nice that there are two masters - on opposite ends of the house. The upstairs deck is nice and large and perfect for your morning coffee as the sun rises. We wished we would have explored the downstairs grill and dining area earlier in our visit. Once we sat down for a meal, we fell in love with it. Had both dinner and brunches out there. Totally covered from rain and lights for at night. Nice also to have the lounge chairs on the patio so can roll into or out of the sun. Appreciated that it was well stocked with olive oil, spices, cleaning supplies, etc. Back to the beach. It was so quiet and private- hardly anybody on it. Could walk forever in each direction. Got to see many people fishing in each direction. Came to appreciate the wildlife. Had a hawk that would hunt along the shore every morning - sometimes with friends. Fell in love with pelicans as they glide in unison so close to the waves. The small birds running to and fro were a delight. Location is amazing. Much closer to St. Augustine than we realized. LIke CAPS on the water for a great evening sunset. And bopped into St. Augustine for many meals and sight seeing. Ponte Vedra gave us upscale eating and shopping to our heart's desire. And, went into Jacksonville one day to do the river walk for a change. All in all fell in love with the house and the area. The price was more than we normally pay for a rental, but we decided it was well worth the money. Everyone else packs their car to come to the beach. We grabbed our coffee cup, headed down the stairs and were walking on the beach in 5 minutes flat!

All four of us agree that we give this house 5 stars. Great location, comfy beds, nicely stocked kitchen, great outdoor space, although too cold for us to enjoy the house has beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and boogie boards. The house is convenient to St. Augustine, and a great beach for walking. We enjoyed the outdoor space a lot and had multiple fires in the fire pit. Hint: we recommend wood from Beach Boys Firewood..they deliver and stack! We would definitely stay here again. nice beach to walk
