"The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was no electricity in the area at the breakfast time, but they did manage to get us hot coffee. Breakfast by itself was good enough for 3 star hotel.
The rooms are just as described. Would be nice to have a fridge.
The hotel is located near a roundabout, but we did not fell any extra noice from passing cars.

"Lovely view of Lake Como and Lecco from the top floor. Staff were polite and welcoming. Bus stop was less than 100yards away - with good transport to Lecco station and Bellagio. I went for a room upgrade with a lake view terrace - I didnāt use the terrace as much as Iād hoped as there were insects and mosquitoes there - so bring some repellent with you if you go for that option. Although this is much quieter than Lecco and other larger towns, there is still traffic passing through and plenty of people walking up and down the lake front next to the hotel - so it isnāt silent, there is still some life around you. "
