"A more beautiful house would be hard to imagine! The view is amazing, the grounds beautiful and the house well stocked with essentials including soap and toilet paper. A bit of a rough driveway but only 15 minutes from Assisi. The most wonderful and accommodating hosts. We hope to return! "

"This was truly a trip of a lifetime and staying at this Villa was the smartest I ever made. We were a group of 24; one toddler, and the rest aged 18-70. The property and villa was immaculate. "We spent a week at Villa Nuba. It has a great location. Less than a five minute drive from the center but very quiet and peaceful. Super comfortable beds. Mosquito screens. Nothing will disturb your rest. Lovely to return to after the day if sightseeing. Giuseppe is a lovely host who speaks great English. He will give your great recommendations for restaurants or anything you might need. Do not hesitate to stay here. Highly recommended!"

It is centrally located so easy to visit various towns and villages in Umbria each day. The layout of the house was great for our family of 3 with our daughter having her own en suite room. "We enjoyed a lovely week staying at Villa Costa Piccola. Leonella was very helpful with any queries we had both before and during our stay, and made us a lovely tiramisu on arrival which the whole family enjoyed. Lots of places to explore locally (we visited Montepulciano, Arezzo, Assisi and Gubbio). We also spent a couple of days at the villa enjoying the pool and the peace and quiet. Villa was spotless and well equipped. Supermarkets in Umbertide were easy to get to for any supplies needed....

"What a lovely little cottage on your own private piece of land. The views from inside and outside are gorgeous of the Umbrian Valley. The cottage was perfect for 2 and could not be more private. "We spent two wonderful weeks in this holiday home in July 2024. It is located quite far up in the mountains, but there are a few direct neighbors. The next town with a small supermarket and bar (Castel Rigone, very charming) is a 12-minute drive away. There is also a nice outdoor swimming pool nearby. "Un très bel extérieur avec de beaux arbres, une belle piscine (le piscinier passe tous les jours nettoyer), un barbecue, un four à pizza. Une grande terrasse couverte de vie. Un intérieur qui mélange le bon et le moins bon. Des chambres bien meublées, des SDB, mais un agencement peu ergonomique. Maison en deux partis, Trois petits frigidaires à trois endroits différents par exemple. Cuisines peu pratiques Salons vieillot. Mais pour l'été, cela n'impacte que très peu. Merci pour cette belle...
