"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we were greeted by the property manager and shown inside. The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished and included a washing machine for laundry which worked very well. The apartment is small with a tiny bathroom. The water pressure may reduce to a trickle if someone else runs water while you are having a shower. It would be helpful to install a grab bar and/or provide a slip mat for the slippery shower. There are 4 flights of stairs to reach...

"The location is perfect. Just off the beaten path but still in the heart of the action. Great restaurants and cafes on the square that the property sits. Even with a restaurant next door, it was quiet and relaxing. The building is old, so it’s a little funky but super fun!"

The location was very nice but it is a 20-25 minute walk to many of the primary attractions of Florence. Also, the adjacent plaza can get quite noisy on the weekends or holidays as people congregate there. The windows/shutters blocked most of the noise in most of the rooms but there were was a room or two where the noise...
