"We spent a week here. At first there was a problem with the a/c, but the staff changed our rooms so that was fine. The hotel offers breakfast but has no bar or restaurant, and no kettle/coffee-maker or fridge in the room. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, but the desk is mot manned 24 hours. Location is great---just off Place Jaude and very close to many eating places. "

"Very friendly and responsive staff. I had a problem with the temperature of the hot water. They had it fixed the next day. Breakfast is expensive but a typical French breakfast is readily available at several places nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Nice reasonably priced hotel very close to the Place Jaude (in effect the centre of Clermont-Ferrand), but in a fairly quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast."

"Centrally located hotel at the heart of the town. Underground car park directly below the hotel was very convenient and easy to access. We had a rear facing room which avoided the street noise at the front. Would highly recommend."
