This level also includes a shower/bidet/WC and a bath/shower/WC. The single bedroom on the first floor connects to a large bathroom with a jet massage tub, shower, and twin wash hand basins. The villa also has an annex, which is a 3-storey apartment (55 square meters) comprising a kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer) with a dining table and exit to the garden on the ground floor.
