"Nicely appointed home just outside of Ponta Delgada. Clean, and spacious with beautiful gardens. We were 2 couples on our first visit to Sao Miguel and the proximity to the airport and city gave us the perfect "home base" while traveling the beautiful island of Sao Miguel. Would highly recommend for both couples traveling and families."

"Our stay was perfect! Very happy we picked this spot. Many extra nice touches when we arrived. Although we indulged and ate out for all our meals it was nice to know the kitchen was fully stocked if we needed it. Especially greatfull for the beach towels as we didn't bring any. Our host was amazing. Leonardo was so quick with communication and so nice to offer us a ride to the airport for our early morning flight. "My adult daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights - the home has a lovely view of the beach from the private balcony. Our beds were comfortable and the whole home is bright and cheery, and well located. I would stay again, and would recommend to others."

"Die Küche war nicht nutzbar, da die Schränke voller offener Lebensmittel waren, an denen sich viele kleine Tiere erfreuten. Das Bad war ok, der Duschvorhang hatte Schimmelspüren. Im Schlafzimmer besuchte uns eine Scharbe. Insgesamt roch die Unterkunft alt. Sie wurde uns angeboten, da die gebuchte Unterkunft ein Gaslack hatte. Wir hatten leider keine Alternative, es war den Preis nicht wert und wir waren froh, als wir anreisen konnten. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen!"

"Nice hotel with a beautiful backdrop in a quiet local neighborhood. The hotel is gated, so it feels safe, and there is plenty of parking. The staff was wonferful - always willing to help any way they could, however the desk is not staffed 24/7, so getting a hold of someone wasnt always possible. The room was spacious and well stocked, however not the most updated/new (coffee maker leaked water, microwave door stuck, ice cune tray was broken, sliding glass door to patio was very hard to open)....

"The hotel smelled lovely upon arrival—spa-like. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and very pleasant. Although it is a conference center, it didn't feel overwhelming and large. Our room was cozy, although a bit of a hike from the stairs/elevator. We had a nice view, and I enjoyed the balcony. We did not eat at the hotel but had a drink at the bar—Mark-Anthony, the young bartender, was excellent. He was thoughtful and made a great mojito. If you like larger hotels, this is a lovely place to stay - not right in the action but walking distance to everything."
