"Fantastic property"

"We were so happy that we stayed at nine dots. It is a small intimate boutique hotel located in the center of Ponta Delgada. The hotel was lovely as it was only a year old and was totally charming. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant itself was where we had one of the best meals. The staff provided snacks and water and the hotel pool was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel"

"The rooms were clean, modern and air conditioned. Bathroom and furniture were all in good condition and new. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot my computer charger and called the front desk and they immediately arranged a taxi to drop it off at the airport. It is a great location right on the harbour and walking distance to all the sights in the city."
