"The gite is in a great location, a short walk from Doelan, which is a picturesque small port on a small river estuary. The host, Jacques, was very welcoming and friendly. We had some lovely conversations with him. He is a real gentleman. He showed us where the local hidden beaches were located, and advised on coastal walking nearby. Would very much recommend this property. It is great value for money."

"Welcoming hostess even though we arrived early, and cottage had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Little outside shade but large parasol provided. Our hostess was helpful and kindly when one of us had a health problem. Linen and towels provided were all of good quality which makes you feel valued as guests. "This is a delightful little Gite: the conversion from a farm building is excellent and all work done to a high standard. It met all our needs, and we found the location good for exploring Morbihan. Between us and Jan Luc, we had enough French/English to get on fine! He lives nearby in the event of any problems (there were none) It's worth remembering that as it's a thatched cottage, only the supplied gas barbecue can be used. A lovely property in a quiet spot"
