Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. "It was horrible ! No heating (except for one room) no hot water!! We were not able to take our shower, wake up during the night as it was so cold. Run far away !!. I explained the situation to the reception the day after and they were so kind to reduce the price by 1/3. "

"This place should be calle Miramosquito instead of Miramare. This is an outright camp site. And the reality is that you should be prepared to deal with the huge insects that feast on your blood. "Es ist ein schöner und moderner Ort. Leider müsste man gründlicher beim Putzen sein. Die schwarzen langen Haare auf dem Kissen und den Laken waren schon eigenartig. Die Dichtung des Tiefkühlers hatte eindeutig zu viel Schimmel. Eine Wasserflasche im Zimmer als Willkommensgeschenk wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Sonst lieben wir die Toskana und die Lage ist super."

It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient.
