"We stayed there for six nights without anybody's recommendation. Just checked in at the Ponoka property. They were so welcoming, and the staff is so courteous and helpful. Monique and Tanya are amazing people. Cannot appreciate enough. One doesn't find such services in branded star properties normally. A great experience.
Will strongly recommend to anyone."

"Beds were cozy. Staff was lovely. As with so many hotels the doors closing from other rooms is always loud especially late at night, but you learn to ignore it after the first night! Would stay again for sure!!"
