"Nice clean room and especially bathroom. Good amenities in the room. Would have been nice to replenish coffee and tea sachets on a daily basis. Excellent staff. Alwin at reception was awesome. Staff who served us at the bar and the restaurant ( cannot remember his name) was great too. Overall very pleasant stay. Regards Peter"

"Room was tidy but there were no basic toiletries or coffee/tea, although there was a jug for boiling water. I had to make a special request for these before they were provided. Also, & more importantly, internet sevice was unstable making it difficult for me to send or receive messages & when I tried to get assistance, the bedside phone was not working. I had to go down to reception to get internet & phone fixed. Thankfully it was only 1 night. Unlikely that I would come back again. "

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The overall maintenance of the property was extremely poor. The bed and pillows were visibly unclean, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. The bathroom was in terrible condition—the door was broken and there was a persistent, unpleasant odor that made using the facilities unbearable. These issues significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or pleasant environment."
