"This a great hotel, suitable for those on a budget. It is really laidback and peaceful and great for anyone looking to get away from the stresses of everyday life. "I was booked on AL staff are exceptional from the receptionist, porters to waiters. They ensured that our stay was comfortable. They are very friendly, ever smiling and ready to assist when called upon. There was variety of food and entertainment, Zanzibari night was my best. I will come back again and again."

"We loved having a 3 bedroom suite with a living area and private baths for all. So nice to be all together yet in our own space, The food was good and the service was too! Unfortunately the property isn't licensed. That's the only hesitation I would have on returning."

Eneste minus var badeværelset, som var uden afskærmet brusekabine og bestemt ikke lever op til standarden for et godt hotel. "We had a wonderful 3-night stay at LUX at the end of May — the place is absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff made our experience truly special. A big shoutout to Kennedy at the front desk — his hospitality was out of this world! So pleasant and polite, he took the time to show us around and made us feel at home right away. Huge thanks to Abdul at the cashier desk for the amazing upgrade to the Executive Beach Front Room #9 — what a treat! And Ali at Café LUX, thank you for your help — such a well-mannered young man. We will definitely be coming back again! "

"Tulia is one of the best resorts we have stayed at. The staff went overboard to make our daughter’s birthday celebration spectacular. They made a special cake and danced and sang for her. There is nightly entertainment. The food was delicious. The ocean view is unbeatable. "

"The entire hotel staff are absolutely wonderful - they are always friendly and welcoming. They are really what makes this place great. The buffet food was great and our room was wonderful. The rOom and hotel in general were immaculately clean. Even the beach along the nearby coast is crystal clear and clean. would say the water for showering isn't great but I'm not sure there's a whole lot that can be done about that. The hotel is also quite far from Stone Town/the airport, so be prepared to booka lot of taxis if you have things to do on the west side of the island."

"I felt very welcomed when I first arrived at Le Mersenne Autograph Hotel. All of the staff are very nice and welcoming. Also the general manager Michael walks around and introduces himself to all the guess. I only have two little complaints about the room. The sliding door screen was off track and had a hole in the screen and the drapes were dirty at the bottom. But besides that my stay there was very nice. "
