"Great hotel and awesome staff. You truly feel welcomed. Top notch pool areas (Infinity pool), cabanas, lounge chairs etc. A lot of restaurants and golf cart to take you to gym and tennis. Little minus for town access, you have to go thru beach. Also Pattaya City is always a ride away. Great for chilling out and enjoying relaxed atmosphere but not very vibrant hotel and location."

"We love the pool! This hotel has multiple pools. Family with children will enjoy swimming in multiple pools. Royal wing is connected to Royal cliff hotel. We stayed in Royal wing. Spacious room with in-room jacuzzi, fresh fruits and a variety of chocolates and cookies are served in the room every day. Mini bar included in the room price (very convenient). Excellent service. Staff members are very welcoming. We had 4 rooms with a large party. Everyone enjoyed their stay.
