"This property met, but did not exceed our expectations. Location was great, walkable to downtown and stores. The two upstairs bedrooms did not have doors which limited privacy. Beds, bedding, and furnishings were all basic but suited our needs."

The owners were very responsive to any request (which was only for butter to cook eggs!), and even provided us with snacks and wine for our first day! It was a big house with lots of room. However, we felt like price we paid was a bit premium for the lackluster service provided by vacasa. For example, we were only provided 2 dishwasher packs for 5 days and were told vacasa is not a hotel by their service and we had to buy our own. We also informed vacasa of a slow leak from the top shower down into the bunk room and they told us to simply put a towel in the bunk room before it...

"This vacation home is so amazing. It is rustic, yet modern and luxurious and completely comfortable, cozy, enchanting and charming, as well as super spacious. It is only 15 minutes from Sandpoint, but much better than actually staying in Sandpoint, because it is in the forested hills by Cocolalla Lake, close to Round Lake State Park and Sandpoint, as well as a short drive to Schweitzer Mountain ski resort. The home is beautifully decorated, with all the modern conveniences and spectacular views...

"The chalet was perfect for a ski vacation. Very short distance to the free shuttle that took us up the mountain. The host was quick to reply when we had a problem with the coffee maker and she immediately brought a new one only after we figured out our error with the coffee maker. Would highly recommend this property for anybody that wanted to have a great time."

Two days prior were informed by the property manager that we could not keep our boat overnight at the dock. This resulted in additional expenses to rent a temporary slip. "Location was great, very functional kitchen and adequate storage space. Unit was quite comfortable. Calling it ski-in/out is a stretch. Would recomend a non-slip mat for the bath tub. Perhaps written specifics about location of ski storage, laundry, keys somewhere posted would be helpful. Overall it was a great week and would stay there again."

"The house is very spacious, there was plenty of space for our large family (9 adults, 9 kids). We loved everything about the house! The ski in -ski out access was magical, but a little tricky. Since we had 5 small children 6 and under, parents needed to drive them to the lift. The older children (ages 7, 8, 11, 12) and adults were able to do the ski access to lifts. The host, Lou, was very helpful and accommodating. We had a fabulous stay!"

"Relaxing, well-equipped, fun, cozy, spacious, and absolutely gorgeous lake getaway. Eleven family members for five days and we never felt crowded thanks to all the bedrooms, the giant kitchen and the stunning deck and outdoor space. On top of that, a fabulous lakefront beach and boathouse where we enjoyed the provided kayaks, the private dock and cooking s’mores in the fire pit. It was everything we hoped for and more.
