"El lugar está bien para pasar el tiempo para descansar. Lo que no me gustó las toallas y la ropa de cama están muy percudidas. No tienen plancha en el cuarto el baño no está muy limpio se que lo limpia rápido y no le dan un acabado a la limpieza se les está llenando de sarro el baño. El desayuno no está bueno. La persona que me atendió a la llegada en mostrador no estaba con buenas actitud no se si era el cansancio. Pero el personal como el chófer de la van que recoge de aeropuerto el señor mayor es muy amable y atento y el señor del taxi el señor José soy muy amable atento brindan muy bien trabajo así deben de ser todo el personal tener buena actitud así estén en un mal rato siempre tener una sonrisa para el cliente y tener amabilidad en todo momento. El personal del restaurante por la mañana eran más desatentos y los de la noche son muy agradables y serviciales buscan la manera que el cliente quedé satisfecho con lo que consume. Pero me sentí cómoda en la estadía. Solo me sentí desagusto cuando quise salir a la calle a buscar que comer y me tope con un hombre raro que estaba tapando los el paso en la banqueta y me tuve que regresar al hotel. Pero fuera de eso me gustó el lugar. Gracias por su servicio"

"We arrived earlier than check in time with our luggage and to our surprise Mariana welcomed us and let us know she had a room for us. We accompanied her to the beautiful courtyard and to our room #14. She handed us the remotes to TV and AC. She reminded us of breakfast starts 8:30am. However, the first night was very rough because the guests next door were partying with music blasting till late. Even though there are signs posted, we would have hoped a quiet time enforced at 11pm or someone walking the permeter to make sure guests abide by the rules. Then at 3am, they were in the pool laughing and with the music playing. Couldn’t go back to sleep and when we had our breakfast, we mentioned it to Mariana and she said she would look into it. Breakfast was very delicious with fresh papaya juice, fruit, yogurt and granola station, coffee as well. Food consisted of scrambled eggs with ham, beans, cheese quesadillas with chips and 2 different salsas which consisted of red & green. We did take advantage of their laundry service which was 150 pesos. Dropped off as soon as we departed from breakfast and it was ready when we returned mid-day. Michelle our housekeeper even came on the next day(we stayed 2 days) and tidy up the room which we didn’t expect and we thanked her when we saw her. Truly appreciate Mariana & Michelle"

"It was one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed at. The only thing is the bed, which was the worse bed I've ever slept on. As long as they change the bed to a harder one instead of what they have right now it would be perfect."

"This is a quaint small hotel in the mountain side of Ajijic which affords great views of lake Chapala. They have numerous amenities including free breakfast, hot tub, pool, bike rental and massages. The room was also quaint and had an outdoor shower."
