"This was the perfect vacation home for our family of four. Kids loved exploring the property. We used the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Good hiking trails and geocaches close to the cabin. So much to explore close by that we stayed in the area the whole time and never even went to town."

"We had a great stay. Excellent location for fishing Arkansas River and we did day trips to Monarch and San Dunes. Cabin is nicely located among some ranches/farms with good privacy and away from roads. Saw deer and elk from the cabin most days. Excellent place for a low-key reunion with friends. Great communication from owner and property management company."

"A very nice cabin situated in the mountains between Salida and Buena Vista. Check-in was easy and the property managers were highly available when we had questions. It's a cabin, so expect some dated elements (those showers are a tight fit...) but overall was very happy. Appreciated some of the small things, like the owners providing firewood for the fire pit and detergent for the on-site laundry. "Love the location, views are beautiful. Convenient drive to the hot springs. Make sure you have you groceries if you don’t want to drive 20-30min to town. We all enjoyed our time here. Recommendations - remove snow and ice from the patio with grills on it. Post instructions so people will clean the grills when done. Improve accuracy of post."
