"Arrived at hotel with terrible parking situation. Check in was 4:00 and at 8:30 no rooms were available yet...probably 25 to 30 people waiting. We canceled and just drove home as we live 2 hours away. I felt so sorry for out of town travelers with no rooms at other hotels available. No staff to clean ..."

"The hotel rooms are newly remodeled and are nice. The check-in process was very slow. We stood in line for 45 minutes. As each guest reached the front desk, the attendants were radioing housekeeping to see if rooms were ready. Many guest had to wait for rooms even though it was after the 4:00 PM ..."
