The Blue Pearl is fantastic and very comfortable to dwell in. Location is ideal, overlooking part of the golf course and a very short walk to the beach. Lots to do in PCB. "We loved our stay here. From the moment we walked in the door everything was as advertised and more. The home was gorgeous, clean, stocked and the beds were so comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the location was amazing. It was perfect for my daughter and her friends to go out to the beach and enjoy the day or drive to local hot spots to enjoy shopping and entertainment. As for myself and my friend we were in the perfect location to enjoy bike week. Everything was a short ride away....

We had never stayed in a condo that wasn’t beachfront but Edgewater has done a great job making beach access extremely convenient. The owner was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and provided helpful information regarding our stay."

"This property was amazing! We were attending a wedding at Edgewater and didn’t want to be too far away. This 3 bedroom was perfect. The Villa was beautiful and clean, and had everything you could need for your stay. The wall of windows in the front room and front bedroom made for a great view. Would definitely stay again."

"The location of this property is great and to have a golf cart with bikes really helped our big group. The only downfall were the things that needed to be fixed around the house. We travel and stay at a lot of properties and this one needs a little work. Other than that we had a great time. The Beachwalk Property did step up when we had an issue with the air conditioner, they had someone out to fix within about 2 hours and it did get fixed."
