"It was a great vacation. The condo is unbelievable and the view is incredible. Ana was very helpful with all of my questions prior to heading down. I would definitely stay again. Only downfall is the elevators. It was super busy and trying to get elevators were a little challenging and parking became an issue but we left before it got too bad. The waits vary from 30 seconds to 10 minutes some days at check in/check out times, especially with this room being very high up in the building. The only issue we had was the 3rd floor sleeper sofa linen was not changed and had urine stains… after calling the office for the second time the manager came and corrected the problem.
