"This B&B is centrally located in the Franciacorta region. The property managers are very kind. However, we were switched to a different room upon arrival which did not have AC. We weren’t informed of this. This affected our stay as it was during a heat wave and mosquitos came into our room since we had to keep the door and windows open."

"No one there to let you in or give you the three different codes to get into room Called phone number and got some non English speaker telling me to go down the street to a taxi stand. I did that and then heard someone yell my name. Limbed up two floors to s different hotel desk he gave me the codes. If I had arrived after dark this would have been impossible. "

"Well, I picked this b&b because of all the great reviews and have to disagree. I stay over 180 days a night in hotels and b&bs (for personal travel) and this place was unique. It was like staying at your friend's grandparents' place where you didn't know if you were really welcomed or not. The chain smoking grandma was friendly, but sometimes moody, and I never saw grandpa with a shirt on. No complaints about the room itself, but I felt like I was encroaching on a family home. "We were in Desenzano for 4 nights as part of an Italy vacation. Our stay at the Elisa was so wonderful, from the smell when you walked in to the modern, tastefully decorated room, the superb breakfast and access to the patio. Centrally located. Super friendly staff. Very happy with our stay. "

"Villa Josephine ist eine wunderbarer B&B Unterkunft mit Pool. Wir haben dort herrliche Tage verbracht. Der Tag fing mit einem SUPER Frühstück an. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Gastgeberin hat uns gleich freundlich empfangen und mit wichtigen Infos versorgt."
