"We choose to stay in this location so that we were about 45-1 hour from surrounding areas like Eureka Springs, Branson and Buffalo River. Check in and check out was one of the easiest properties I’ve been to. The property manager was quick to respond (if needed) and even brought us a baking dish (per my request) because there wasn’t one there previously. I thought that was very nice. "Wonderful place to stay close enough to town far enough to enjoy nature. The cows were great. The driveway wasn't bad but I would not recommend it to other motorcyclists that aren't comfortable on regular class 5 gravel. This driveway has rocks up to 2" and is quite the experience on a motorcycle. Would stay again. "

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at Ratterman Ranch and it just gets better each time. Absolutely beautiful home and property. We had such a wonderful time floating the Buffalo and just spending time on this gorgeous property. Trudy is fantastic and always promptly replies. We plan to visit again this fall for a hike. "The property was easy to find for us as we had been in the area several times before. It was secluded with lots of great scenery to look at when outside. Plenty of space everywhere. Comfortable beds and sofas. very clean. Gas stove was a bit tricky since it has been many years since using one. Good storage, kitchen was nicely stocked. It was a perfect place for us to stay. Definitely will go back!! Rachel was easy to get in touch with. Thank you for allowing us to stay! Will definitely be back!"

"We just needed a lil overnighter in The Ozarks & this spot was perfect. We spent our two days swimming at nearby Pruitt & Jasper (driving just a couple miles to one of the nicest bodies of water in this country is an INSANE gift!). The facilities were all great, we had no issues. Everything was really clean & cozy. Would happily stay here again and if the other cabin on site is rentable would even consider getting a group together!"

"The place was great. My only complaint is I wish they would have explained how to get there a little better an what can happen if you come from a direction other than the one provided as there is not always cell service and it’s very remote. The hosts were perfect though a the place was amazing."

"This was our second time staying here. We absolutely love the location and the peace and quiet. Love the deck outside and being able to sit and just take the scenery or look up at the stars at night. It’s close to the town of Jasper, so it’s an easy trip for necessities or to visit a local restaurant. Everything about the cabin makes you feel right at home and the unique decor is just right. We will definitely be back again."
