Beautiful spaces, the rooms are spacious and very clean with a touch of history (in a classy way). Breakfast is great. Personnel is very courteous and attentive. Fully recommended.

Charming stop on apur trip.thru italy. Comfortable modern and easy access with private parking. Although the breakfast was a separate charge it was more than worth the price. Centrally located in a truly typical rural community, historic and wonderful place to visit

Property condition and room excellent. Feels new and fresh! Car a necessity. Service team mediocre, many not speaking English at all. Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)

The best part about this hotel were the staff members. From housekeeping to the front desk, they were accommodating, helpful, kind, and pleasant. They helped us out of several transportation jams that we found ourselves in. We wouldn’t have made it to our events or back to the train station without their help which they offered freely.

It was a stay to remember and to remmone dot everybody who wants to sleep in that area. Beautiful place, excellent location, very high comfort but the best part is whiteout a doubt Francesca. She takes care of you and in just minutes you do not want to leave anymore. Thanks very very much, we hope you think of us when enjoying a stroopwafel.

Loved the casualness of the place. The hosts were awesome, Nice pool and amazing breakfast.

A wonderful little hotel between Parma and Reggio Emilia. A lot of character, very nice rooms, and wonderful staff. Morena, in particular, was very helpful answering all of our questions and being patient with my mediocre Italian. Will definitely stay at Hotel Tricolore again when in the area.

It took us 3 times around the block to find the the place on the street to ask (Zara Bar owns the rooms, too), so I suggest making that clear in the directions. The room was immaculate, well furnished and very modern chic. It was very comfortable and right at the town center. t Fabio was very helpful and friendly, as were the owners, who we met on arrival. Secure safe parking and very welcoming staff. The jacuzzi in our room worked perfectly. Less than a mile walk into the heart of Parma. Train station two easy streets away. Will definitely return.
