"The staff was always helpful and accommodating when it came to early check-ín, fixing my key which always wound up next to my cell phone in my pocket, and general friendliness and flexibility on certain items. In addition the hotel is the tallest hotel, with spacious rooms and balconies that provide great views of the mountains or plains. The breakfast is very good everyday and the 360 degree views from the top floor are incredible. Room service food is very good as well, which is uncommon. And the area around the hotel is walkable with everything from a variety of food options, farmacias, 2 malls, movie theaters and more. The spa was great and served as the location for my first ever massage. The pool and jacuzzi area is gorgeous with great views and plenty of lounge seating. My ONLY ding was that the pool and jacuzzi were cold. Otherwise, I recommend as a top destination in Villavicencio. "

"I stayed at this property as a last minute trip - the hotel was beyond my expectations. A bit outdated as it was recently purchased from previous owners but I have no doubt Tequendama Hotels will update every bit of the hotel. I rate hotel 10/10. It was absolutely wonderful."
