"Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. "We came for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. Dave's place is exactly as shown in the photographs - a very nice apartment, very clean and updated, and the beds were super comfortable. The house rules were clear and easy to follow, and our host Dave was very responsive. We had a very nice time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave."

Complete filth, roach in the tub. Stayed 15 minutes, packed up the car and left. Would expect a free refund, but they scammed the system. "I booked the property for my husband and I to have a leaf peeping weekend away but his plans unfortunately had changed so I took my sister along instead. We loved the house! Kara greeted us as we pulled into the driveway, she was so friendly and said to text anytime with any issues. We had no issues or problems at all.
