"I was a nice set up, the house is big and the pool was the highlight for my grandkids. The only down side, I am sorry to say, was the floor. it was dirty and my grandkids like being barefooted. Other than that, it was a great experience, spending time with the family, barbecuing, cooking together and going to the beach as well."

"The one area of concern was a safety issue. Being a senior citizen I am aware of possible dangers. There wasn't any railing to assist in entering and exiting the swimming pool."

"My girlfriends and I stayed here for 3 days and had a wonderful time! The location was great, the house and pool were lovely, and the home was very clean. My only criticism would be that the mattresses were not very comfortable, but other than that everything was fantastic…I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it for either a short or long stay!"

"Nice little quiet space, close to a lot of good food spots (I recommend “The Hen & The Hog” for Breakfast). The Place was clean. The private yard is pretty relaxing. You can hear other people talking from the other unit (FYI if you are sensitive to noise). Overall I enjoyed my stay!"

"This property was great for our family of 5. The backyard was amazing and very rarely saw the neighbors. The location of this property was GREAT and very close to Publix. We rented a car but definitely did not need it. This is our 5th time to Pompano Beach and would recommend this property."

"Overall, good location, very nice backyard and cutely decorated. Didn’t realize it was a duplex until we got there with a shared backyard, but wasn’t an issue. The second bedroom with the bathroom, has a very small bathroom. If you’re tall, chances are your knees will hit the wall when sitting down on the toilet."

"The property from the outside did not look real promising. The grass was very long and needed to be cut. The house itself was fine and as expected. Plenty of room. The bath towels need to be refreshed because many of them were ripped up and there were not enough wash clothes and hand towels. The air conditioner took a really long time to cool. We enjoyed our stay though."

"The house seems to be newly renovated and looks beautiful! Nicely decorated and lots of space! The backyard set up is perfect! Only small thing that I would have liked is bath mats for the master bathroom as the floor is freezing and slippery. We had a great time as a family here"

"We had a great vacation here. We have a two year old so we need an extra room so this was perfect. The place was great. Perfectly clean and a great location. My little dogs loved it too. One of our dogs has issues walking on certain floors and he had no issues here which was a relief. :) Communication with Dan was prompt and friendly. We will definitely return again. Thank you Dan."

"We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking needs. Beach chairs, cooler, and inflatable were available to make our beach trip even better! Televisions were new and well connected. The pool area was great. One thing that is a little surprising - the house has a total of 3 rental units so the pool is shared. Also, the unit does not have any view of the pool or entrance to the pool - the pool is accessed by walking outside around the house."
