Overgrown garden, particularly the banana palms alongside the villa completely shades the pool area in November, but i suspect this wouldn't have been an issue earlier in the year, or if the palms had been trimmed. We had to carryout one or two other general repairs on arrival. "Far enough away from the resort/harbour but only a short walk or less than 5 minute drive. Close to Polis to get everything you need from a large supermarket to make it possible to stay a few days at the villa without leaving."

"It was ok in the main but had some issues with cleanliness. Cobwebs, pool with a few dead insects in the bottom , dead mosquitoes in all the light fittings and smelly drains. It may sound silly but I would come back because the issues , apart from smelly drains, were sorted out fairly quickly. "The reception area is a tiny room and it is locked. You need to dial a number found on the door for someone to come for check in. They advertise pool but pool is empty. Everything they advertise is nearby meaning you need to drive to go there. The apartment though was clean and spacious."
