"The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the shuttle bus from the site to Sorrento town centre was easy and affordable with the last shuttle time being 11 o’clock at night. "Did not email access code as promised. No AC as promised. No sheets or blankets only a bare matress. No towels for hire, so no shower. Over a busy noisy road. When I aseld for access code to get in staff was rude and said it was after 8pm (i followed the check in instructions on expedia) so they shouldnt have to let me in.
