Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit Pool in ruhiger, ländlicher Umgebung am Waldrand mit einer hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche, geschmackvoller und gleichzeitig funktionaler Einrichtung. In der Nähe von Coimbra und ca. 1 Stunde Autofahrt vom Meer entfernt in zentraler Lage im Land, um Ausflüge in verschiedene Richtungen zu machen. Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub mit sehr viel Ruhe und wunderschönen Sternenhimmel verbracht."

"My husband and I spent a week in this villa. We were welcomed by the owner's father, Celestino who is a very friendly man; The house is comfortable, spacious and very clean. The garden is very private with a small swimming-pool. You can use the garage which is a bonus as it is safe and cool. The villa is well situated near lots of interesting places and not far from the Atlantic. We visited Batalha, Alcobaça, Nazaré, Ourem and Tomar. "Our family had a very exciting and relaxing time. Already since our booking we were in close contact with Antonio and all our questions were answered patiently and quickly. Therefore, our arrival was completely problem-free. Antonio welcomed us very warmly and took a lot of time for the handover. His recommendations for sightseeing, tours and gastronomy were very valuable. The house is located only 10 minutes drive from beautiful Tomar, which invites you to sightseeing and also shopping....

"This place is kinda magical. Elvira is very helpful, sweet as can be, and made us feel welcome. The space is a wonderful combination of rustic & convenience. We appreciated the wifi as we got rained-out of our morning hike. Would love to go back!"

"Excellent information regarding access to the villa and it’s resources. Very impressed with how well equipped the villa is with regards to everyday amenities. Really spacious with lots of different seating areas inside and out. Plenty to see and do in the area such as Tomar, Obidos and the wooden walkway at Sao Samao made easier by easy access to the motorway. Villa was very clean. Pool is a good size and a real suntrap but would have appreciated a midweek pool clean and more information on...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home of Jos! The house was located close to cafe's and attractions in Penela. The house is very well stocked with utensils, small appliances and anything you could need to feel at home. The house was clean and the back yard area was pleasant to sit out and view the mountain. The house was more than affordable! Jos even checked on us twice to make sure everything was ok. Thank you for letting us stay."

"All the hotel staff, and especially Helena, were friendly and helpful. The rooms are uniquely decorated in a cool and unique ‘marble library’ motif. The shower works great and the bed is comfortable. The location is convenient to the university and the rail station. One critique: the water closet is in a separate room (good) but the door and wall are clear glass, floor to ceiling (not good unless you’re an exhibitionist). "
