"Our host Pietro was very welcoming and provided us with lots of information. The accommodation was clean and provided lots of room for 5 ladies (thankful for 2 bathrooms). Location was perfect, within walking distance of the old town of Matera. Lots of privacy and parking available. If we ever get back to the enchanting city of Matera would definitely stay here again."

"Fantstic house in the gorgeous Caporotono area close to Pisticci, 25 minutes from the beach. The accomodation exists of a main house (kitchen, living room, master bedroom) and two smaller units (both double bedrooms with their own entrance and private bathroom). "Posto molto tranquillo e piacevole ricavato in un casolare in campagna. Arredamento turistico base ma completo. Vicino al mare anche se serve la macchina visti i 2-3km di distanza, cosa comunque non problematica per gli ampi parcheggi gratuiti (e totalmente vuoti a fine luglio) dei lidi vicini. "Very comfortable and nicely updated. On the small size but good enough size for 2 people. Parking available so that was a nice for being in the old town. Kitchen could be better equipped if you plan on cooking. Montescagliosa is a charming mountain town and a nice change from nearby towns with more tourists than locals walking the cobbled streets."

"We stayed here out of season so there was hardly anything open in the area - only a few people staying on the complex. I can imagine it would be totally different in the middle of summer. Nice property but could do with better heating in the cooler months as it was freezing at night (we stayed early April) Lovely patio dining area, great second bedroom for the kids - they loved the bunk beds. Good size, good facilities in the property but nowhere to take rubbish and recycling when we were there....

The 3-story house has a contemporary interior design including comfotable beds (1. floor), a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room (2. floor) and a beautiful view form the upstairs roof top, where we took our meals. Insgesamt miserables Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zieladresse konnte nicht in's frisch upgedatete Navi eingegeben werden! Definitiv insgesamt nichts, was den Begriff "Premium" rechtfertigen würde ! Lediglich die freundlichen Bemühungen - in Sachern aussetzendes...

"Der Pool ist riesig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Deutsch spricht hier niemand, aber die meisten können so weit Englisch, dass man sich verstängigen kann. Die Apartments sind groß und wir hatten auch eine wunderschöne große Loggia, die wir sehr genossen haben. Allerdings sind die Apartments nicht besonders schön eingerichtet, und bei uns kam auch der Putz von der Schlafzimmerwand. Dafür fand ich das Doppelbett sehr bequem, allerdings waren die Schlafsofa selbst für die Kinder...
