"Great location, right in the central piazza. Do Not attempt to drive to drop off luggage - park in one of the car parks just outside the city walls. We arrived on a Saturday in the middle of a wine festival so it was noisy (even with ear plugs) as we were in a first floor room overlooking the piazza. We asked to be moved for the second night and had a lovely, quiet room at the back. The whole staff, in particular Lisa were fabulous- highly recommend! "

"We only stayed one night as we were driving through Tuscany. We had an electric car, which was a big mistake! We had a very hard time trying to find places to charge it. Cristina at the front desk was so apologetic and helpful and trying to find a solution. I really appreciated that! The hotel is in a beautiful setting near the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful to us. I would love to come back again and stay for a longer time. It looks like a very fun place to spend a holiday, relaxing!"
