"Despite a less then perfect weather the staff were able to make my stay a wonderful one
Especially the reception team… always freindly and with a welcoming smile
The restaurant and the breakfast were ok with good variety of food and drinks but not top notch quality ( eggs were cold , line up at the coffee machine , no variance throughout the whole week )
Otherwise the rooms and the sea view were amazing and the place is new and very clean

"Beautiful setting, amazing staff, super clean unit (not a speck of dust anywhere, well-maintained, fully equipped, with charcoal BBQ, AC worked great even on the hottest days, super convenient parking right infront of your residence, close to the beaches and dinning areas. The disappointing aspect was the customer service:
-The staff spoke poor english. To run more than 300 suites you need people speaking english.
-On arrival we paid the city tax. I noted after paying that it did not match the amount on the itinerary, they "said that expedia would not know the local rate." I said that they should look at it if Expedia has wrong information as it's misleading and they said that I...

Todos los caminos de arena. No hablan español y las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear. Muchas cosas rotas y en general todo muy sucio, sobre todo en la zona donde nos ubicaron. Que es en la parte del fondo, yo creo que sobre todo nos ponían allí a los españoles, en la peor zona!! Con todas las hormigas, sin iluminación y donde no llega el WIFI.
