"A lovely property with a large garden, beautiful floral hanging baskets and pots. Mike was so welcoming and friendly. The cottage is traditionally furnished and comfortable. The property, although quietly located is only minutes away from the main road which gives you access to likes of Axminster and the Jurassic coast. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "Lovely big old style hotel entrance which we loved. Friendly staff, great welcome and spacious room with a comfy bed. Only downside was the breakfast. Disappointing for the money. No reflection on staff who were courteous, very efficient and friendly. We expected more choice from the self service continental and the cooked to order breakfast was just mediocre and the coffee horrible! Having said all of this we woukd definitely stay again but swerve the breakfast!"
