Three-room apartment located in a residence with swimming pool and free parking before the entrance. The apartment has a furnished terrace overlooking the lake, a living room with an equipped kitchenette. Double bedroom with private bathroom with shower inside and separate bedroom with double sofa bed. Another bathroom with bathtub. Perfect for spending a relaxing holiday, just a few minutes from all the urban cities of Lake Garda and perfect location, away from city traffic. Wi-Fi, washing machine, coffee machine complete the amenities.

Italian Homing is a 2.0 property management company.
Completely automated, from 2020 it offers modern and fast self check-in facilities.
No reception: contactless concept
All facilities are cleaned and sanitized by certified, top-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all facilities and all necessary information on accommodation.
Customer care will always be at your disposal, via email or telephone for the entire stay.
You can also come and visit us at the office to discover the promotions reserved for you and the activities to do in the surrounding area.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the property online and perform facial recognition.

Ferienwohnung mit schöner Aussicht

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, die Informationen rund um die Wohnung an Ort und Stelle waren eher gering. Welcher Parkplatz uns Zustand wussten wir nicht und die Abfallorganisation war auch nicht klar. Leider hatten wir keine Liegen am Pool. Das Schlafsofa war schmutzig und dieses mussten wir selbst beziehen, obwohl vier Personen angegeben waren.
