"Room was clean. It was small as expected, but did have a pretty big refrigerator and freezer also a microwave and coffee maker. I was very glad those appliances were in the room. The Air conditioner was very loud and did not work at times. I asked to switch rooms cuz of the AC and was told no. But it started working again although was still very loud. Otherwise a great value for sure. "

"We had a fantastic experience. The evening and day staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The view of the lake from our room balcony was incredible both during the day and at night. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had everything we needed including a complimentary water container to use and take home for both of us. Warm drinks and cookies were just down the hall in the evening and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and so fun to eat out on the patio by the boat dock next to spectacular Lake Tahoe."

"We stayed for a night and the staff was very friendly. We got early check/in and a complementary late checkout. Please mind that this was off season so they were probably operating under capacity and were able to give us these options. Food was a little pricey but tasted good. Great staff and pool amenities. "Every one working here is so nice and kind! the only complaint i have is the rooms feel stale. like no good air circulation. i opened the window but it only opens a tiny bit. so if the window can open wider that would help alot!"
