Villa Pontarro is a charming villa for up to 4 people, with 2 spacious bedrooms, located less than 1.5 km from the old town of Pollença, in the heart of Mallorcan countryside. With a private pool and a modern and elegant interior, it is ideal for a peaceful getaway with all amenities. Its spacious terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors, relax by the pool or dine al fresco while contemplating the landscape.After accessing through a private entrance and parking comfortably, a couple of steps lead to a covered terrace and the main entrance. Inside, a spacious living-dining room combines traditional details such as stone walls and exposed beams, with modern decor. The living room has comfortable sofas, dining area, breakfast bar and a new, well-equipped kitchen.An arch leads to two bedrooms (one double and one with single beds), both modern and functional, as well as a full bathroom and a shower toilet. From the living room, access is gained to a covered terrace with outdoor furniture, which connects to another open terrace and the private saltwater pool, fenced upon request.The pool area includes a brick barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners. The tranquil surroundings and the villa's design guarantee a relaxing and memorable stay. Air conditioning available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.Important information:Loss or blocking of keys involves a charge of €50 (office hours) or €75 (outside office hours), and must be collected from the office. Do not leave rubbish on the property when checking out; otherwise, €150 will be charged.Guest registration is mandatory under Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021); an online check-in link will be sent before arrival.
