Cozy Loft located in an emblematic town house in the heart of Pollença.
Perfect for those who wish to experience the feeling of an authentic Majorcan village.
This property has been renovated maintaining the typical Mallorcan character with a modern yet comfortable industrial touch.
Just 10 minutes from Port de Pollença from where you can access the wonderful beaches of Formentor, next to the main square and a few meters from the Calvary stairs. Surrounded by a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
The loft has an open space concept and can accommodate up to 3 people with a King size bed and a comfortable single sofa bed.
