"Lovely property, perfect for a young family of four. Large pool.We had a small issue with the toilet but Paco sorted it very promptly.It would be nice if there were a few more basic items in the kitchen, no chopping board for example. It is frustrating when you have to buy basic things like salt & pepper and dishwaher/washing machine liquid knowing you are only going to use a handful of times. Anything non perishable we left for the next customers to benefit from.All in all a really nice place...

"Pool area is great. Lots of towels. Pollensa is a beautiful town. About a 20 minute walk into the centre. Lidl is 10-15 walk away.Buses to beach at the end of the road.Lots of wildlife around the villa. A Pine Marten wondered around the pool one morning while we were enjoying a coffee. Red Kites and other birds of prey circle over head throughout the day.Pool is deep, so may not be ideal for young children, but the jacuzzi could be an make-shift kids pool.House is a little tired. The odd broken...

"La villa est bien située sur l'île mais en bord de route très passante. L'intérieur est vieillot mais l'extérieur est magnifique. Nous sommes restés 24h sans eau chaude (chauffe-eau en panne un dimanche, on comprend que ça ne puisse pas être réglé tout de suite) et 36h sans chasse d'eau (personnel devait venir la réparer mais il a fallu les rappeler plusieurs fois pour que quelqu'un vienne enfin, inadmissible!). Communication difficile, ne répondent pas toujours au numéro d'urgence censé être...

"We stayed at the villa for a week. The exterior was beautiful, lots of ground, the pool was nice and clean but smaller than it seemed on the website. Lots of outdoor space so for a group of us was great. The house inside was spacious and aircons in every room, what I was looking for. The only downside was the cutleries were worn off, washing machine, dishwasher and bathrooms need better maintenance. "
