Villa Faisan for four people with pool and BBQ

The beautiful Villa Faisan, perfect for a couple or a small family of up to 4 people, has a unique location a short distance from Puerto Pollensa, in one of the most sought-after areas in the region. Finished with taste, tradition and style, with spacious interiors, wide terraces and a private pool of generous dimensions, Villa Faisan offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains in a completely tranquil environment.



Inside, the villa is distributed on a single floor. The entrance opens to a useful corridor that leads to an open-plan living/dining room. The room is spacious and bright, furnished in the traditional Mallorcan style and divided in half by a traditional stone arch. From both areas, large French doors open to an enormous covered terrace, which overlooks the pool area. It is paved on all sides and offers clear views. Outside the living/dining room, there is a fully equipped American-style kitchen with a pantry. There is a room with two single beds and a double room, and both share a bathroom with a shower.



In the exterior, the large covered terrace leads to an open terrace, with a beautiful barbecue area and an outdoor bathroom with shower. The large private swimming pool surrounded by mature gardens and fruit trees, perfect for enjoying truly Mallorcan atmosphere and nature!

Information to take into account:

Access to the property is made through a narrow rural path. Large vehicles may find the access somewhat limited.



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

The tourist tax is included in the price.
