Can Cabana is a beautiful holiday villa located few minutes from charming old town of Pollensa.
It is surrounded by the greenery and it is characterized by a rustic style of a typical finca with stones and wood beam ceilings and it enjoys views over the valley and the surrounding mountains.
It has a private swimming pool (that can be heated at extra cost) 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms air conditioning, Wi-Fi, table tennis, and it can accommodate up to 8 guests.
===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The main house was tastefully renovated in 2019 and it has brand new bathrooms, underfloor heating, as well as a new kitchen, reverse air-conditioning throughout, and the garden which has been beautifully redesigned.
The bedrooms are distributed as follows:
On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, while on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room and 3 bathrooms (2 en suite), each with a shower.
The property also offers a separate laundry room, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area with a fully equipped barbecue area, perfect for alfresco dining.
The property is L-shaped and offers access from every room on the ground floor to the beautiful stone terrace in front of the house.
Outside there is also a beautiful garden with shady and sunny areas, where guests can relax and entertain themselves.
Finally, if there are small kids, a pool fence is available on request (for a fee) for the parents’ peace of mind.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 7 nights, changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00; Checkout time is within 10:00.
- a booking fee of €90 will be charged on every booking
- Check-in and check-out are always from Saturday to Saturday
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- pool heating: if available and desired at the property an additional EUR 500 will be charged
